General

By placing an order or booking a rental, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Rental Period

Rental items are provided for the agreed rental period only. Late returns may result in additional charges.

Use of Rental Items

The renter is responsible for the proper use of all rental items. Items must not be modified, damaged, or used for unintended purposes.

Damage, Loss & Theft

The renter is fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage occurring during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the security deposit.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required. Deposits are refunded within 3–5 business days after inspection, provided no damage or loss has occurred.

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery and pickup times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances. The renter must ensure access to the delivery location.

Liability

We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of rental items.

Cancellations

Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
